Microblading Contraindications(Medications):

ANY BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION (STOP TAKING AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE SERVICE WITH YOUR DR. APPROVAL)

  • ANY MEDICATION THAT RAISES YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE (STOP TAKING AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE SERVICE WITH YOUR DR. APPROVAL)

  • This list includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Accutane (1 year before service)

  • Adderall (2 weeks before service)

  • Advil (2 weeks before service)

  • Aleve (2 weeks before service)

  • Antibiotics (2 weeks before service)

  • Any anti-rejection medication (2 weeks before service)

  • Apixaban (Eliquis) (2 weeks before service)

  • Argatroban (2 weeks before service)

  • Aspirin (2 weeks before service)

  • Betrixaban (2 weeks before service)

  • Bivalirudin (2 weeks before service)

  • Bupropion (2 weeks before service)

  • Clopidogrel (Plavix) (2 weeks before service)

  • Dabigatran (Pradaxa) (2 weeks before service)

  • Dalteparin (2 weeks before service)

  • Desirudin (2 weeks before service)

  • Edoxaban (2 weeks before service)

  • Eliquis (2 weeks before service)

  • Enoxaparin (2 weeks before service)

  • Excedrin (2 weeks before service)

  • Fish Oil (2 weeks before service)

  • Fondaparinux (2 weeks before service)

  • Heparin (2 weeks before service)

  • Imipramine (2 weeks before service)

  • Levothyroxine (2 weeks before service)

  • Lexapro (2 weeks before service)

  • Lovenox (2 weeks before service)

  • Magnesium (2 weeks before service)

  • Minomycin (Tetracycline) (2 weeks before service)

  • Motrin (2 weeks before service)

  • Niacinamide (2 weeks before service)

  • Retin-A or any Retinols (2 weeks before service)

  • Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) (2 weeks before service)

  • Steroids (2 weeks before service)

  • Ticagrelor (Brillinta) (2 weeks before service)

  • Trazodone (2 weeks before service)

  • Tretinoin (2 weeks before service)

  • Vitamin A Serums or any skin bleaching creams (2 months before service)

  • Warfarin (Coumadin) (2 weeks before service)

    Consult with your Doctor to ensure that you can stop taking medication for a period of time before your microblading appointment


Microblading Disqualifiers(cannot get microblading):

This list includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Diabetics

  • HIV

  • Hepatitis

  • Eczema on or near brows

  • Psoriasis on or near brows

  • Rosacea on or near brows

  • Thyroid condition

  • Allergy to numbing agents

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Under 18

  • Currently undergoing chemotherapy or have in the past 12 months (though we will happily take you when you are in remission)

  • Epileptic

  • Botox (2 weeks before and after service)

  • Microneedling, chemical peels, IPL laser treatments or any skin peeling facials (4 weeks before service)

  • Hemophilia

  • Birthmark or mole on brows ( email photos to eleven11beautymgmt@gmail.com)

  • Prone to keloids

  • Recent surgery and is unable to lay on back for 2 plus hours

  • Sun burnt on face

  • Breakouts, open wound or scabs on or near brows

  • Healing disorders

  • If you have had any type of eye or eyelid surgery you MUST have the area completely healed before you get any permanent makeup done.

  • Auto immune diseases/disorders (please ask your Doctor)

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
