Jessie’s Appointment Policy
A non-refundable Booking Fee is required to schedule your appointment. The booking fee will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of you service.
Your balance is due the day of your procedure. Please be prepared to pay the total amount with either of these methods during your appointment.
Once your service has been completed you will not be eligible for a refund.
Your booking fee may be transferred a one time reschedule, if rescheduled no later than 72 before your appointment date. After a reschedule you will need to pay a new booking fee.
A 72 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. If not your booking fee will not be credited towards your service & you will need to pay a new one.
If you are a no call or no show you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee for your missed appointment. We will send you an invoice which will be required to pay after 72 hours of sending.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise which could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure, please understand that such changes affect not only the artist, but other clients as well.
Due to the nature of some artists’ work, appointments are always subject to change. When and if your appointment falls under a time-frame in which we may have to reschedule on our end, we will notify you in a timely manner so we can ensure you’re rescheduled promptly.
No children under 18 are allowed in the studio. If you show up to your appointment with children we will have to kindly ask you to reschedule which at that time you will need to make another deposit for your new appointment.
If you are sick we WILL ask you do not come to your appointment. If you show up sick I will ask you to reschedule and you will need to make a new deposit for your new appointment.
If you show up to appointment and we are unable to perform your service for any reason you will be charged a set up fee of $150.
It is required to have your follow-up up appointment within 6-12 weeks after your original procedure. If you fail to come in for your touch up, or cancel before 24 hours you understand that my your touch up will be pushed back far beyond the 12 week mark.
We do not allow guest or children under 18 in the studio. If you bring a guest or child we will need to reschedule your appointment & you will need to pay a new deposit.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you fail to abide by our policies we will ask that you seek services elsewhere.
